Chapter 2: The Law of Prosperity

"Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defense and thou shalt have plenty of silver."

In the second chapter of The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn, The Law of Prosperity, deals only with the good things that will happen to you by attracting things which you wanna get in a specific time, but you couldn't done it unless you have deep faith when it comes to receiving what type of prosperity may come to your life.

"God is man's supply and that man can release, through his spoken word, all that belongs to him by Divine Right. He must, however, have perfect faith in his spoken word."

Whatever man demands, he must acknowledge where he would get his supply and that is God, but through his spoken word that will tap the subconscious by consciously repeating that word, his demand will belong to him by his Divine Right. Spoken word will void itself if no perfect faith is presented through the way you feel and how you say it.

"All things whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."

You must act as if you had already received the exact thing that you wanted, not to make a fool out of yourself when you have nothing to lose when you know in yourself that you really want that thing so bad, it is just a first step of showing that you have your faith in you that you know that in the right time you will get that thing you wanted. Your Divine Right will decide whether that particular thing is for you or another thing which could be an equivalent to what you are asking for.

"Thus saith the Lord - Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain, yet make this valley full of ditches."

Man must prepare for the thing he has asked for, when there isn't the slightest sign of it in sight. I stumbled upon a video where it says that the world is not about 'matter', it is all about 'consciousness' because what you think will later externalize from your mind into your outer universe. I know that it sounds deep but that is what mostly happens in every areas of our life.

"Infinite Spirit, open the way for the right apartment."

The right apartment was used because Florence Scovel Shinn was talking to a woman who needs an apartment so she spoke the words to make way for her Divine Right. The right apartment can be change to whatever thing you demand to God by your own Divine Right. Infinite Spirit is the only way to a great abundance.

"Before ye call I shall answer."

This means that 'every good and perfect gift' is already man's awaiting his recognition. Man only receive what he sees himself receiving. God knows what you really need and what you only deserve by your own Divine Right. When you dream big, you are just starting to prepare for the big things to come in to your life and it should be manifested through faith and good feeling about what you are dreaming of.

"God doesn't need any time and is never too late. With Him all things are possible."

All things are possible, not at the right time at the right place, but in God's Will. You will not be saved because of your good conscience or your good management to make all things possible, but through your faith in what you say or to your spoken word, you will be judged and saved.

"If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven."

The law of prosperity is not that selfish to deal only between you and the Infinite Spirit, instead it will find another human being as a witness to know if your deal with the Infinite Spirit through faith is really corresponding your needs.

"No man can fail, if some one person sees him successful."

The ending statement of this chapter, The Law of Prosperity, tells us that you cannot prosper without the help of another person or more. You can't just say to God how much money do you want in just an instant, He will distribute all around the world and you are about to find another people to help you find those pieces of prosperity. No man is an island.
